From Abu Hurairah RA, said that the Prophet Muhammad SAW said:

مَا مِنْ يَوْمٍ يُصْبِحُ الْعِبَادُ فِيهِ إِلاَّ مَلَكَانِ يَنْزِلاَنِ فَيَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا اللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِ مُنْفِقًا خَلَفًا ، وَيَقُولُ الآخَرُ اللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِ مُمْسِكًا تَلَفًا

Meaning: “When I was there every morning, there were two angels who came down and prayed, “O Allah, give compensation to those who like giving charity.” Another angel prayed, “O Allah, give bankruptcy to those who are reluctant to give alms.” (HR Bukhari and Muslim).
